SFA has Cessna-172Rand Thorp- T211 single engine aircraft for flying training very soon SFA will induct Multi Engine Aircraft.
The minimum requirements are:
CPL- Senior Secondary education/12th or equivalent, with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
PPL – Higher secondary education/10th or equivalent.
You must be 17 years of age to begin training.
PPL Course - 4 Months
CPL/IR Course - 18 Months
SFA India, offers the Private Pilot License, Commercial Pilot License and Instrument Rating Courses, FIR/AFIR.
SHA-SHIB FLYING ACADEMY offers various advantages over going abroad viz.
For the CPL/IR licence, a cadet pilot requires a minimum of 200 hours of flying.
There is no age limit for taking this course. However, the licence is valid up to the age of 65.
